Let me start by telling you about the first part of my journey. I used to weigh 220 pounds and was completely disconnected from my body and life. It wasn’t until a friend took a candid photo of me that I realized just how disconnected I had become. That photo became the catalyst for change, as I realized I needed to lose weight and transform my entire way of being.

At the time, I was heavily into Abraham Hicks’ teachings, which emphasize ease and positivity. I wanted to lose weight, but I wanted it to be effortless and stress-free. So, I started playing with the “Wouldn’t it be nice?” technique, imagining what it would feel like to love my appearance and no longer struggle with physical exertion.

Moving Into the State of the Wish Fulfilled

As I explored this technique, something incredible happened. I moved into the state of the wish fulfilled even before fully discovering Neville’s teachings. This shift in mindset led me to take actions that aligned with my assumptions about weight loss. I began counting calories using a helpful app and naturally gravitated towards lighter portions. Surprisingly, it felt effortless and natural because I had shifted into a new state of being.

Manifesting Weight Loss with Ease

Within 9 to 10 months, I lost a total of 75 pounds while following this approach. The weight melted away, and what amazed me was the ease with which it happened. However, I couldn’t help but feel guilty about how effortless it felt, as I hadn’t fully grasped Neville’s teachings at that time.

The Post-Neville Phase: Embracing Imagination as the Sole Cause

After a few years, I gained back about 15 pounds of the weight I had lost. I reached a point where I could no longer fit into my favorite pair of pants. Inspired by my growing understanding of Neville’s work, I decided to put imagination to the test. If imagination is truly the only cause, I wondered if I could lose weight without changing anything except my mental state.

Testing the Power of Imagination

I envisioned a scene where I effortlessly fit into those favorite pants again, and my partner complimented my appearance. I treated it as an experiment, fully believing that imagination could create my desired reality. To my astonishment, it worked! The after photo I shared earlier features the very pants I imagined myself wearing. I felt the truth of Neville’s teachings as I witnessed the power of imagination being the sole cause of my weight loss.

My weight loss story has two distinct parts, each equally effective in their own way. I want you to understand that you don’t have to eliminate all your doubts before manifesting your desires. Your manifestations will align with your assumptions, including any quibbles or secondary causes you may hold. What truly matters is moving into the state of the wish fulfilled, where you feel the reality of your desired outcome.

If you want to lose weight or change any aspect of your appearance, start by imagining a scene that implies your desired outcome. Visualize yourself experiencing the transformation you desire, whether it’s smoother skin, healthier hair, or a more toned body. And remember, sometimes you may be compelled to take action, while other times the manifestation will come effortlessly. It all depends on your assumptions and beliefs.
